2)
Engraving tools can engrave or cut smooth surface on materials like acrylic,
Plexiglas, aluminum, solid wood, softwood, plywood, natural and artificial
stone, marble, jade and more. In order to get the best machining surface,
please select the most appropriate engraving tools
according to materials, machining requirements and our professional suggestion.
3)
You are suggested to use the cutter tool with a big shank if possible. And it’s
better to choose a suitable cutter tool with short cutting edge. Simply because
that, long cutting edge or cutter tool too thin, too long will cause vibration
and deflection during machining, further leads to damage of the cutter and then
broke the expensive wood work piece.
4)
It is very important that to use a proper size spring collets.
Collets which are old, with fracture surface, not perfect circle in shape, wear
and tapper in inner hole could not provide adequate
clamping force and result in flying off, vibration or twisting off cutter
shank. In addition, a new collet does not mean 100% safe. If you found that the
contact marks of cutter bits shank is uneven, it means the cutter sliding in
the collet hole and the hole deformed. In this situation, please stop using
this collet and replace another one.
5)
To provide enough clamping force for the engraving bits,
the CNC Router bit must be fully inserted into the collet and firmly fixed. It
is wrong to insert only part of the shank, and this mistake will cause tool
shank fracture or tool rocking.
6)
Please keep the cutters clean and handle them with care to avoid cutting edge
damage caused by collision.
7)
Please don’t grind the router bits or change the shape of them yourself, because
this require professional equipment and professional skills. Otherwise, it is
easy to break the cutting edge and cause production trouble.
8)
Please wear appropriate eye protection when operating machine; keep body,
cloth, hair and ornaments far away from the work piece which is under
machining.
