If
you own a cnc router engraving
machine whose system is Richauto DSP A11,
the DSP screen can not load full and stop in the process of loading like the
below picture shows: it doesn’t finish loading but stop at 16%. Like this picture:
In
this case, you must have two questions in your mind.
1)
How to repair it?
2)
Is there any instruction for me so I can repair it myself?
The
answer is yes. We can update the firmware of Richauto DSP to solve this error.
Please refer to instruction details in below.
Step
1. You need have the update file in your hand. You can request this file from
us or from your CNC supplier. Update
file format: extension****.PKG & shown as rz-xxxx.
Step
2. Please copy the update file to U disk (USB flash).
Step
3. Please cut off the power for DSP. (If already off power, please ignore this
step)
Step
4. Please press button “ORIGIN/ OK” and no loose it, meantime start the power
for DSP, and keep press OK button until DSP screen power on and display:
Step 5. Please insert
the U disk (we have put the update file there) into the DSP handle.
Step
7. Please select “UDisk File”, press “OK” to enter, then select upgrade file,
press “OK”, system will auto upgrade.
Step
8. After upgrade complete, please restart the DSP controller. Now the Richauto
DSP should work good.
